How a collar is made
Every collar and lead is cut and stitched in the room behind the shop, then walked round the block before it goes on the shelf.

Cut
Webbing and rope are cut to length by hand and the ends sealed so they never fray.

Stitch
Box-stitched at every stress point on an old industrial machine called Raju.
- 3
Fit
Buckles and brass rings are fitted, and each piece is pulled hard before it moves on.
- 4
Walk
Biscuit takes it round the block. If it comes back fine, it goes on the shelf.
