Kesar Peda & Barfi Thali
18 pieces · 650 g · best within 10 days
Saffron pedas and cocoa barfi set round a silver-edged katori of badam flakes, from a halwai two lanes from our packing table.
Gaanth
Every piece takes one, two or three slots. Tap a piece to drop it into the box, tap it again to take it out. When the box is full we close it and tie the ribbon — then it goes into your bag as the pieces it holds.
We write your note by hand on the card inside the box. When you check out, paste it into “Note for the store” — that is where we read it.
Every piece sits on one of four shelves. Choose one to see what is on it; everything can go into the same box.
Twelve pieces this season. Buy one on its own, or put it in the box and send it with the others.

The same four steps for one box or for two hundred.
Two sheets of tissue, folded so they spill over the rim and can fold back over the top.
Each piece in its slot — the heaviest at the bottom, the mithai on top in its own tray.
Your note, written by hand on Sanganer paper and tucked under the ribbon.
One length of red satin, a double knot and a bow — the gaanth we are named for.
