Client Vault is an add-on on Sitesfare's Photography and Creative & Design tools that gives a photographer private client galleries on the same account as their portfolio. Each vault opens with a key you share with the client, can carry an expiry date, records every viewer, device and download, and deters screenshots, printing and page inspection. It costs US$2.42 a month (billed US$14.97 every 3 months) and includes 25 GB of vault storage, separate from your website's storage.

Delivering a wedding or a shoot over WhatsApp or a public Drive link means compressed files, no control over who forwards them, and no idea whether the client has even opened them. A gallery service fixes that but adds another subscription and another login, away from the portfolio the client found you through.
Client Vault lives in your Sitesfare dashboard next to your portfolio: create a vault, upload the delivery, set a key and (if you like) an expiry, and send the link. You see who opened it, on what device, from where, and how many times they downloaded.

How is Client Vault different from Pixieset, Pic-Time or SmugMug?
Those are client-gallery services first, at roughly US$8–25 a month, with a portfolio on top or on a separate plan. Client Vault is an add-on to a Sitesfare portfolio that already includes hosting, a mailbox and SEO, so a photographer pays about US$8.13 a month all in (Photography US$7.42 + Client Vault US$2.42, all taxes included) for the portfolio and private delivery together. It does not sell prints or take store orders. Competitor prices change; check their sites for today's figures.
Can clients download the originals?
Yes — you upload the files you want delivered, and the vault records each download per viewer and device. Set an expiry date if the delivery window should close.
Does Client Vault use my website storage?
No. Vault storage is its own 25 GB pool; website storage add-ons do not raise it, and vault add-ons do not raise website storage.
Can it stop screenshots completely?
No viewer can; Client Vault deters them — capture, print and inspect shortcuts are intercepted and attempts are reported to you — and the key plus expiry limit who can open the gallery at all.
